Registered Office

For a fee of US$200 each year we can provide you with your Registered Office located in our premises in the CBD Southport on the Gold Coast, Australia, or Auckland, New Zealand, or Port Vila Vanuatu. You are at liberty to use these facilities to hold your Statutory Registers in either electronic form, or hard copy at no extra charge.

Head Office – Virtual Office

Should you want to use our facilities as the Head Office of your company without the cost of actually renting office space this can be arranged from a further US$200 each year, depending upon your requirements. Also ask us about a full virtual office facility from US$75 per month. This includes the use of our Company House Boardroom for meeting your clients, mail forwarding, collection & delivery by courier, etc.

Mail Forwarding

There are many reasons why a person may want their mail to be sent to an alternative business address for later collection and on- forwarding. Whatever the reason (provided your

reason is absolutely legal) we will respect your privacy and attend to matters in a professional manner. We charge US$75 per year plus 3 X any disbursements for low volumes. Large volumes, generally for marketing purposes, are quoted on a one off basis to allow you to reduce your costs with larger volumes and regular use.

Address Plan

Ideal for a new small businesses. You may be new but you want to present a professional image to your clients. The Address Plan provides you with a good standard CBD address for your business cards and stationery. You have the use of our Boardroom without further charge for 2 hours each month. Use this address for both mail and courier should you need. Costs US$75 per month.
